Nia Andrews is a singer, songwriter, and multidisciplinary artist from Los Angeles.

She has toured internationally with Kamasi Washington and Lauryn Hill, penned vocals for Jill Scott, and appeared on Solange’s landmark album A Seat at the Table. In 2019, she released No Place Is Safe: a self-produced debut album exploring themes of identity, love and belonging that she wrote and arranged.

At the heart of her practice is healing. A storyteller through word and sound, in 2015 the self-taught musician began incorporating toning, sound healing and vibrational balancing into her performances, turning each live set into intimate, collaborative moments. This unassuming approach invites listeners to slow down and release—acts of resistance and restoration in a noisy world. Her methods have rippled through creative circles, inspiring artists to infuse performance with more intentional presence.

Beyond the stage, Nia mentors emerging talent, mothers her music producer son, or pulls off the impossible behind the curtain as an independent video commissioner, creative director, writer and consultant. She most recently worked as Senior Producer of Video Production at Columbia Records for four years. Her multifaceted career reflects her deep commitment to music and the arts and an ability to bridge creative disciplines.
